Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and improve manufacturing processes, enhance production efficiency, and support product quality initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, etc.) to streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support equipment upgrades, new technology integration, and process automation.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean methodologies.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.
