KI has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in our Plastic Injection Molding Department, at our Green Bay Manufacturing Facility.
Our Plastics Manufacturing Engineer primary responsibilities include production/quality support, continuous process improvement, maintaining molds, new product development and material support. In addition, the position manages a group of process technicians across multiple shifts. This position will collaborate with other functional areas such as Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Automation for new product development and continuous improvement activities. Our Manufacturing Engineer will research plastic injection molding and provide suggestions as technology advances are made while monitoring existing equipment and processes.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering and prior experience with plastics injection molding are preferred.
