The Manufacturing Technician will play a key role in supporting the production of cutting-edge clean energy products. Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of multiple different types of manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Follow detailed engineering and manufacturing specifications to set up equipment and operate it accurately.
- Collaborate with the production team to monitor quality control and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Document procedures and report any issues or improvements to supervisors.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in manufacturing and/or test equipment, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and experience with equipment operation or mechanical systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the clean energy sector.
