Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level manufacturing engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality components. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for Swiss turning operations and generate documentation for work instructions and procedures. Support secondary cleaning, deburring, and metrology operations to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues. Participate in the design and development of tooling and fixtures to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline. Final year students or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in machine shop manufacturing industry. Familiar with CAD tools, precision machining, GD&T and tolerance analysis to resolve mechanical component issue or jigs/fixture design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Swiss turning operations and secondary cleaning, deburring, and metrology processes is a plus.
