Aerospace Manufacturing, no experience needed!**** Starting pay + weekend shift differential = $18.75 hour ****This position is three (3), 12 hour shifts. 6am to 6pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Paid Lunch, 11 Holidays per year, 3 weeks paid vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits and Employer-Matching 401(k).Job Duties: Perform manufacturing operations within a carbon fiber composite siteAccurately and efficiently set up equipment per engineering instructions.Execute daily start-up activities.Accurately complete/create documentation associated with production processes.Maintain a safe work space/environmentHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent requiredAbility to read and interpret engineering instructions.Physical demands of the job include: stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, light lifting (up to 25 pounds), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, fingering and climbingAll candidates for roles that directly manufacture or disposition product shall receive eye exams (for color-blindness) and a rudimentary English reading examination prior to receiving a job offer, and annually while employed.Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions.
