You'll lead DFM efforts, implement cost-saving measures, and maintain quality standards in our regulated environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Spearhead process optimization and automation initiativesDevelop and validate manufacturing procedures aligned with ISO/FDA requirementsDrive cost reduction through innovative manufacturing solutionsLead equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and new product transitionsDesign fixtures and tooling to enhance production efficiencyManage documentation including work instructions and engineering changesProvide technical leadership for production support and problem resolutionPartner with R&D on manufacturability and cost optimizationREQUIREMENTS:BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in medical devicesProven expertise in Six Sigma and Lean methodologiesStrong foundation in engineering drawings, specifications, and process planningExperience with SolidWorks and technical documentationMachine shop knowledge (milling, turning, grinding) valuedExcellence in problem-solving and cross-functional collaborationStrong analytical skills and self-motivated work styleThis role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in medical device manufacturing while working with advanced technologies and processes.Compensation range $100K to $145K+
