## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure efficiency in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision, management, welding, tooling, industrial engineering, and manufacturing to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

## Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to meet production goals

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

- Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and reduce defects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive innovation

- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities

- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role

- Demonstrated experience in leading people

- Metalworking and Welding experience is a plus

- Millwork and fenestration experience is a plus

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of collaboration
