Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.Position OverviewAs a Manufacturing Technician, you'll support the clinical manufacturing of cell therapy Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP). This role requires close collaboration with Biological Development (BD) and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) teams to align processes, manage production, and handle deviations. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across various stages of the cell therapy production lifecycle.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform clinical manufacturing tasks across cell expansion, cell culture, differentiation, solution preparation, and visual inspection.Operate single-use technology (SUT) and troubleshoot equipment end-to-end within the production process.Ensure compliance with cGMP standards for clinical and commercial manufacturing phases.Communicate effectively across shifts and teams, escalate and support investigations of deviations.Participate in safety investigations and maintain safe work practices.Flexibility to adjust shift schedules based on process needs, including off-hour, night, weekend, and holiday coverage as required.What You'll BringEducation: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
