Core Responsibilities:
* Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability of machining processes
* CNC programming for all horizontal (HMC) and vertical (VMC) machining
* Cutting tool specification and continuous process improvement to reduce cycle time and increase tool life
* CMM programming and program management
* Gauge design and specification
* Machining fixture design
* Data collection and analysis
* Mechanical design, Electrical and Robot knowledge
* PLC programming, Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledge
* Experience with presses and fasteners
* Error proofing concepts and production processes
* Project management
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
* Experience with quality management systems strongly desired
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
