**Job Title:** Roto-Molding Operator

**Location:** Fountain, Colorado

**Hourly Pay:** $21.00 1st Shift 23.10 2ND shift

**Job Type:** Temp to hire

**Job Description:**

As a Roto-Molding Operator you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of our rotational molding machines. Your responsibilities will include:

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Machine Operation:** Safely and efficiently operate rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

2. **Crane and Forklift Operation:** Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to transport materials and molds within the production area.

3. **Power Tools:** Utilize various power tools for tasks such as trimming, finishing, and repairing molded products.

4. **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet specifications.

5. **Material Handling:** Assist with loading and unloading materials and molds from machines and storage areas.

6. **Measuring Tools:** Use measuring tools and instruments to verify product dimensions and quality standards (experience preferred).

7. **Maintenance:** Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines and equipment, such as cleaning and routine inspections.

8. **Safety:** Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience operating large machinery is required.

- Experience with crane and forklift operation is ideal

- Proficiency in using power tools is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with measuring tools and instruments is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.

- Good communication skills.

- Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
