Position Overview: We seek a skilled Process Technician for our innovative team in the photovoltaic cell manufacturing sector. The role involves machine operation and maintenance to produce high-quality photovoltaic cells. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic to ensure tasks are efficiently completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production equipment according to schedules and standards.
• Monitor and ensure production process quality.
• Conduct routine machinery inspections and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate machine and production records.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes.
• Follow all safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible work hours and availability for overtime.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production.
• U.S. work eligibility.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with photovoltaic cell manufacturing.
• Background in material science or related fields.
• Experience with statistical process control and lean manufacturing.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
• Use of hands and arms for tools and equipment.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Wear personal protective equipment.
