We are currently searching to fill our full-time Manufacturing Engineer II position at our Lewisville, TX location.

  • Improve Manufacturing Methods: Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency and quality using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Plan Workforce and Layout: Assess workforce utilization and design equipment layouts to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
  • Estimate Production Costs: Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs to support management decisions.
  • Communicate Capabilities: Share manufacturing capabilities and production schedules to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Evaluate Products: Assess products against specifications and quality standards to ensure compliance.
  • Problem-Solving: Address moderate issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff as necessary.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Implement and uphold quality control standards throughout production, emphasizing continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of mfg. processes, lean principles, and quality control.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with CAD, MS Office and ERP systems.
