Essential Duties

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Company training program and work in all areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and CNC programming. Responsibilities will include manufacturing, design, continuous improvement hands on projects. Provide daily manufacturing support and guidance for their respective product line. Participation and driving overall financial performance improvements for their respective product line area of responsibility. The individual may travel to our Southern California facilities for additional experience and training. Your growth and success is unlimited as we are an engineering driven company.

Qualifications

Require a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Must have demonstrated experience with Solidworks and Microsoft Office Products. Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization; both verbally and in writing. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and a desire to learn about all aspects of a Manufacturing Company.

MIN/MAX: $72k to$72K
