Manufacturing Facilities Supervisor
Location: Alameda, CA
Pay Range: $30-50/hr
Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities
• Orchestrate daily operations, including contractor management and performance oversight
• Spearhead preventative maintenance and repair initiatives for facility systems and equipment
• Ensure adherence to company standards and Alameda County regulations
• Perform multifaceted maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds upkeep
• Manage waste disposal and support environmental sustainability efforts
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for facilities processes
• Collaborate with service providers to address facility challenges
• Participate in expansion projects and respond to off-hours emergencies
• Oversee supply chain management for facilities resources

What You'll Bring
• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing settings
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance
• Proven track record in project management and organizational leadership
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (D365 preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and physical capability to handle moderate lifting requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Hands-on willingness combined with strategic thinking and risk management abilities
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics
