Manufacturing Process Engineer

This role is responsible for developing procedures and methods to manufacture new or existing product lines in the most efficient way.

Manufacturing Process Engineer Responsibilities

• Improving manufacturing processes for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining routings, material lists, manpower requirements, and tooling for new or redesigned products.
• Providing engineering support to Production by implementing fixtures, standards, and procedures.
• Leading problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives.
• Designing and fabricating production tooling and collaborating with vendors on new machinery and equipment.

Manufacturing Process Engineer Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related discipline).
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in machine and process automation design.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
