Greater Providence Area, Rhode Island
Temporary (Full-Time/Part-Time/Seasonal)
Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
$15-18/hr. depending on the job and the shift

We are a trusted temporary staffing agency partnering with a leading producer of prepared foods in the Greater Providence area. Our client is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to fill temporary roles, some which may lead to permanent opportunities, across various production and manufacturing departments. We are hiring for multiple positions within the Production & Manufacturing departments, including:
- Warehouse Associates
- Assembly Line Workers
- Packaging Operators
- Quality Control Inspectors
These roles are vital to ensuring our client’s production line runs smoothly and that all food products meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Production & Manufacturing Associates
Warehouse Associates:
- Receive and store incoming shipments.
- Prepare products for shipment and maintain inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
Assembly Line Workers:
- Assemble and package prepared food products.
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production floor.
Packaging Operators:
- Package prepared food items in accordance with company specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance.
- Label products and ensure they are ready for distribution.
Quality Control Inspectors:
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform regular checks on packaging and labeling.
- Report any issues to supervisors and recommend improvements.
Qualifications of the Temporary Production & Manufacturing Associates
- Must be able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, packaging, or quality control is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (as required by client).
