We are looking for Operators to work in our Germantown, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Medical Industry! Our Operators are responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components.

The Operator position starting pay rate is $17/hour with the potential for a $1.00/hr increase after 60 days with the completion of onboarding.
We offer a 10% shift premium to work on the 12-hour night shift.
The interview process may consist of a in person interview, reference checks, pre-employment drug screening, and a background check.

We are looking for Operators to work in our Germantown, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Medical Industry! Our Operators are responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components.
What we want from you:
- A team player with good communications skills and the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented to visually inspect parts, pack parts, and complete paperwork per the work instructions
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment
- Willingness to be cross trained
- Proven reliability to work scheduled shifts and be on time everyday
Qualifications:
- Passion for Quality

- Willing and able to stand and rotate between presses for the 12-hour shift
- The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and the use of wrist and hands
- Required to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus, not required
- Possess adequate math and reading skills

- 12-hour shift schedule (7-7)
- 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, working 3 days one week (36 hours) and 4 days the next (48 hours) allows for days off during the week and OT every other week.
- Approximately, 75 less work days per year working on our 12-hour shift schedule.
