Company is a fast growing company in North East Texas that operates in the industrial manufacturing / fabrication industry with an emphasis on oilfield services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: As the Controller, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial success of our organization. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while leading the implementation and optimization of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals.
• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Global Shop Solutions (GSS) ERP software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems align with operational and business needs.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop systems and processes capturing all costs associated with the production of goods. This includes direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions, ensuring the company’s financial stability and liquidity.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a Controller role within an Industrial Manufacturing or Fabrication environment.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for Global Shop Solutions (GSS).
• Proven track record of ERP implementation and optimization.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
