About Our Client

My client is a prominent contract manufacturing and machining firm that serves the medical, aerospace, electronics, transportation, and testing sectors. They utilize cutting-edge equipment and machinery and are renowned for their commitment to high quality. They are looking for a new quality leader to come in and take control over their QMS and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Description

The Quality Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Corrective Action/Preventative Action
• Handling customer complaints and customer audits
• Handling audits in accordance with ISO 900: 2015
• Overseeing their established QMS and driving continuous improvement
• First piece warranty submission
• PPAP
• CMM programming
• Gage calibration

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager will have the following:

• Experience in a custom machining environment
• Experience with precision machining or stamping
• CMM programming experience
• Strong CAPA background and handling customer complaints
• Experience with Gage Calibration and GD&T
• Strong experience with the entire PPAP documentation
• Experience with a quality monitoring software system (Micronite would be a plus)

• Up to $115k base salary
