Job Description

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our team at KELLY Services in Rincon, Georgia. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the manual movement of materials, supplies, and finished goods within our facility or onto trucks. This is a temporary-to-hire position with both 1st and 2nd shift options available. Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire

- Location: Rincon, Georgia

- Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm

- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-12:30am

*Orientations are daily at 8:00am for 1st shift and 2:30pm for 2nd shift. You will work a full day after orientation and safety training*

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform various material handling duties manually or using a hand truck.

- Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.

- Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.

- Provide cleaning services, including sweeping floors, cleaning offices, and removing trash.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications & Skills:

- High School Diploma/GED preferred.

- Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.

- Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction.

- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching required.

- Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations.

- Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
