Johnson Service Group is searching for a Material Handler for our client in the airport area of Charlotte, this is a 1st shift role: Additional details about the job include:
Role:
- Will be working onsite and trained to inspect and test compliance equipment in the Tool Shop
- Execute day-to-day activities in support of warehouse operations that may include inventory control, issues, receiving, transfers, physical inventory, chemical inventory and, if applicable, equipment and tools
- Assuring inventory accuracy is a critical aspect of the position
- The job activity ensures the safe movement and handling of required parts and maintenance materials into and out of the storeroom
- Work effectively with supply chain and business partner teammates to prioritize, schedule and implement activities related with day-to-day operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure the efficient flow of commodities in and out of plant inventories
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn new processes and transactions in the supply chain systems
- Be a self-starter and customer-driven to support the supply chain organization and business partners
This is a 9+ month contract opportunity and the selected candidate will be a W2 employee of Johnson Service Group and will be able to elect Health, Vision, and Dental benefits if they choose. This position will pay $18/hour.
