Position Title:Counterintelligence Administrative Specialist Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Clearance Required:Top Secret/SCI Reports to: Client and Program Manager
Advantage SCI is seeking adedicated and experienced Full-Time Counterintelligence Administration Specialistto be considered for an exciting employment opportunity. They will provideCounterintelligence (CI) Administrative, Identity and Signature Reduction DatabaseManagement support to our government contract with a DOD customer. Unclassifiedduties below:
• Support customer's OPSEC/ Identity Management (IDM) andSignature Reduction (SIGREDUX) Management efforts, protecting protect Critical Informationas defined in unit CI, Intelligence Oversight, OPSEC guidance and securityclassification guides.
· Researchunclassified and classified databases for use in written products and may serveas a liaison, which coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, andtechnical experts
· Process, track accountability and inventory ofsensitive documents and operational items.
· Provide administrative and security support for a widevariety of CI operational and administrative tasks.
· Prepare, formulate, coordinate, and staff a widevariety of correspondence supporting signature reduction.
· Learn and become intimately familiar with theorganization and able to explain in detail relevant factors regarding unitmission, activities and capabilities.
· Provide advice and assistance to develop signaturereduction and identity management concepts and procedures. Interface with theIntelligence Community (IC), when directed by the Government.
· Required toresearch build, staff, and present information and decision briefs.
· Provide scheduled and unscheduled Due Diligencereviews of various operational functions and conduct coordination with variousgovernmental IC agencies to facilitate mission preparation.
• Provide advice and assistance to develop signaturereduction and identity management concepts and procedures.
· May be required to drive to other locations in the NCRarea.
• Shallpossess and maintain a current Top Secret/SCI clearance. No exceptions!
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a High School diploma.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must possessfour (4) years' experience in government or industry CI Analysis or related security field as it relates to DoD 5105series of publications and various implementing instructions
• Mustbe proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various databases
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and writtenand oral communications skills.
WorkingConditions:
· Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extendedperiods of time.
· Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on adaily basis.
· Able to walk stairs regularly and distances betweenfacilities.
· Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
