Position Overview:
- The Administrative Assistant position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in administrative roles to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, the Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in managing program registrations and communication, tracking applicant progress, and communicating with stakeholders.

- Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

- $22.00 Per Hour.

Requirements
- Manage program registrations and ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Track and communicate applicant progress and maintain detailed records.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
- Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events as needed.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
- Communicative, self-motivated, accurate/ detail oriented, personable, customer service.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactive and eager to learn about various aspects of administrative coordination.
