About us:We are a growing outpatient practice on Maui serving a great need in our community. We provide high quality Physical, Occupational, and ABA Therapy services to children of all ages and abilities and are looking for therapists who share our passion of helping children to join our team. We currently have three locations in central, upcountry and west Maui with state-of-the-art equipment and will continue to grow to reach all children who could benefit from our services.

The Opportunity:We are on the lookout for an Administrative Director with a strong background in executive leadership. Our prospective hire will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our dynamic organization, and need the ability to seamlessly manage various tasks while ensuring our services' quality.
Job Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee the execution of all administrative responsibilities, from budget management to organizational planning
- Collaboratively work with the team to enhance operational procedures, providing strategic insights for optimal efficiency
- Manage staff members and their duties, ensuring optimal work conditions and promoting professional growth
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and upholding the integrity of our firm
- Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, credentialing, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field
- Medical office management; Medical A/R and insurance claims processing/management
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Strong understanding of operational management, financial planning, and strategy development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a tenacity to reach goals
- Experience in a pediatric setting or a healthcare organization that caters to children
- Understanding of and experience with family-centered care practices
- Resilient and flexible, with the ability to adapt to evolving conditions in the healthcare industry
