 Iris Comm Lab is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations in Greensboro, NC. This role will involve handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Range: $850- $1150 per week


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information or forwarding inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as required.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support the coordination of office events or meetings, ensuring necessary materials and logistics are in place.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
