Performs duties for an individual or department including scheduling, producing reports and presentations, and drafting correspondence. Coordinates the daily business operations of the facility which include overseeing the reception, schedules, referrals, and records. Supports departmental committees and participates in special projects, as needed.
Job Duties
- Performs general office duties such as typing documents, forms, spreadsheets, distributing mail, and answering phones.
- Develops and/or revises work procedures and methods, including necessary form designs and work procedures.
- Monitors need and utilization of supplies and equipment for the office in a manner that is most cost efficient.
- Coordinates logistics for events, travel, meetings, seminars, and workshops as required.
- Assists with special projects.
- Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifies and communicates solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year Experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels and
- 1 year Related administrative and/or budget experience
- Ability to manage one's own time and the time of others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
