We're looking for a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant with strong client service , multitasking, and organizational skills to thrive in our fast paced legal environment. Proficiency in MS Office and at least 3 years of Litigation experience are required; experience in Asbestos/ Toxic Tort is a plus.
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Full-time 8:30 - 5:00 p.m
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities:
- Formatting and proofreading legal documents
- Managing electronic file maintenance and eFiling
- Coordinating the client intake process
- Performing time entry
- Maintaining attorneys’ calendars
- Handling a variety of other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of legal administrative experience, with a focus on litigation
- Experience in Toxic Tort/Asbestos is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Superior client service skills
- Technical aptitude for legal administrative tasks
