What does an Administrative Assistant with Paul Davis do?
- Manage all phases of job costing within RMS (our CRM) and QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the accounting system
- Prepare and process weekly check runs for payments to vendors
- Assist VP of Administrative Services in maintaining all accounting and financial records for franchise
- Excellent phone skills, greeting all clients and visitors with professionalism
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
- Assist with the daily operations of the franchise as needed
- Is self-motivated
- Likes working with people
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is a good problem solver
- Is organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Thrives under high stress situations
- Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable; understands debits and credits and how they work
- Has QuickBooks knowledge
