Job Title: District Clinical Lead

Location: Your Home Clinic is required to be in the Northern California District area. Preferably being able to work between Mountain View, Campbell and Burlingame.

Availability: Clinic operating hours, subject to change, including mall holiday extended hours and weekend availability. This role is full-time and involves working 4, 10-hour shifts per week, with full availability.

Commute: Reliable commuting to all clinic locations and consistent travel between assigned clinics with minimal notice is required.

Physical Requirements: This role involves long periods of sitting and standing. Individuals must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. in inventory and other clinic assets. Must be able to commute safely between clinic locations.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Base Rate: $38 + tips & commissions
  • Training Rate: $65
  • Travel Pay: Minimum wage for travel between clinics from the home clinic
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Provided in accordance with IRS guidelines and Skin Laundry’s policies for travel to any clinic other than the designated home clinic

Job Summary:

As the District Clinical Lead, you will provide exceptional aesthetic skin care treatments using advanced energy-based devices and medical-grade products. In addition to serving as a top-tier Treatment Provider, you will take on the role of Training Supervisor, responsible for onboarding new hires and training providers in your district in new medical protocols, clinic processes, business goals, and priorities. You will also reinforce these protocols and priorities as identified by the Regional Head RN and District Manager. Your responsibilities will include enhancing clinic operations by driving revenue and capacity through effective coverage and comprehensive training. Depending on business needs, you may allocate up to 2 days each week for training. Guidance and direction from the Regional Head Nurse and District Managers will support you in achieving the clinics' overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Administer customized aesthetic treatments using energy-based devices and medical-grade skin care products.
  • Educate clients on skin care protocols and treatment benefits.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering effective and personalized care.
  • Consistently achieve and maintain KPIs in the top 1% of your district, including FT conversion rates, product sales, add-ons, and fixer attachment rates.

Training & Supervision Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person, hands-on training for new hires to ensure adherence to onboarding standards and protocols.
  • Supervise virtual training remotely, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate partial training for Treatment Providers with senior staff, as determined by the Regional Head Nurse and yourself.
  • Split coverage across clinics to impact capacity and drive revenue, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Support clinics with staffing needs, including covering shifts for first-time client experiences, leaves of absence, and vacation coverage.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize company reports and data to inform training programs and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in training Treatment Providers specifically on aesthetic treatments.

Required License or Certification:

  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) or License.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.

Experience and Characteristics:

  • Clinically competent and proficient in aesthetic skin care treatments and energy-based devices.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide effective feedback.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and adapting to changes quickly.
