We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) the emergency Room (ER) to join a great ER team in Seattle VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and be skilled in emergency nursing practices. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in rapidly assessing patient needs, developing immediate care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where you can make a significant impact on the lives of patients during critical moments.

$8,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. This bonus is in addition to the fantastic benefits and competitive compensation package starting on your first day of employment.


Requirements
    Required Qualifications:
    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
    • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
    • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
    • 1 year of Nursing experience

    Preferred Qualification:
    • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire


    Benefits
    Pay Range: $49.77 - $73.13
    Extra Incentives:
    • Evening shift differential – $2.85/hour
    • Night shift differential – $6.20/hour

    The amounts listed are the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
