Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Day Shift.  No Weekends!

Hillcrest Healthcare's facility and equipment is well maintained by staff--many of whom have worked at the facility 10+ years.  

Nurse to resident ratios is consistently better than those in many other facilities in the area and the acuity level is low.

Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking a charge nurse.  This position is 12 hour shifts.  The shift is 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Duties Include:

• Directs the daily activities of the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and established policies and procedures.  
• Participates in the admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
• Observes for changes in resident status notifying the physician, resident representative and documenting accordingly.
