Warehouse Supervisor Job at NVT Staffing in Sumter

We are looking for an experience Warehouse Supervisor to join out growing team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  --  Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
  --  Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacements
  --  Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  --  Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  --  Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  --  Develops and implements an effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment, and product handling systems.
  --  Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives. 
  --  Resolves problems and identifies trends.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  --  Ability to manage processes
  --  Ability to manage team members effectively
  --  Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Basic computer literacy
  --  Data entry management
  --  Experience with warehouse safety protocols
  --  Deadline Orientated
  --  Forklift certified Driver
  --  Previous warehouse operations experience preferred

SCHEDULE:
Work Monday to Friday. May be called in to work Saturday if needed.  If needed, alternating weekends, then will advise when hired and capacity of jobs needed to be completed
