Shifts/Hours- Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Working every other Saturday as a half-day

Pay Rate- 18-20/hr. Could be higher based on experience.

Appliance Parts Supplier Branch "Supervisor" Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers professionally and promote products and services to meet their needs while identifying opportunities for add-on sales.
• Process customer orders and returns accurately, maintaining records of inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up on backorders.
• Assist in managing showroom displays and maintain a clean work area, while participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Engage in networking and prospecting to generate new customer accounts, and actively participate in branch meetings and events.
• Emphasize product features and benefits, overcoming objections to close sales and providing insights on market and competitive changes.

Appliance Parts Supplier Branch "Supervisor" Requirements Include:

• A High School Diploma required with some experience and understanding of the sales process is a plus
• Customer Service experience
• Be able to accurately read and process part numbers
• Ability to work Saturdays as scheduled
• Computer/keyboard skills and some proficiency in the use of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A Clean driving record may be required for potential customer deliveries and banking activities
• Self-starter, motivated, team-focused, and results-driven
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and move up to 250lbs utilizing our warehouse equipment
