11:00am-7:00pm

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for the supervision of second shift staff.

· Keep attendance and time sheets.

· Oversee production in cut operation.

· Meet with site manager prior to shift to discuss safety matters, work load and schedule, and handling

of disciplinary matters.

· Monitor quality and insure customer requirements are met.

· Evaluate staff and make sure they are in positions that suit their abilities.

· Resolve employee issues.

· General maintenance when needed.

· Assign replacement rolls as needed at cut tables.

· Work with in house temp representative to make sure quality is maintained in production department.
