Wholesale Distribution Company is hiring: Warehouse Receiving Supervisor in Rich

We are seeking a Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to become a part of our team!  The qualified candidate will manage the receiving of goods and perform supervisory operations in the warehouse.

We are conveniently located in the West End of Richmond, VA. The working hours for this position are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform receiving functions and supervise daily operations
• Communicate and coordinate processes and discrepancies with various departments
• Physically Able to lift 50 lbs
• 5 years forklift experience highly preferred
• Identify areas to optimize distribution and warehouse programs

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations
• Skill with safely and effectively using standard warehouse equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Experience as a manager or supervisor
• Strong leadership qualities, including training of employees
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
