Maintenance Supervisor - $100,000/annually

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our oil and gas client to start immediately at $100,000/annually. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

 

Responsibilities:

Perform duties to maintain and repair a variety of production and plant facility equipment and assist manager with ordering services or parts, standardizing components and maintaining repair parts inventory.

  • Work from daily job assignments to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
  • Rebuild and replace defective parts and component units.
  • Perform regular checks on all equipment including sprinkler system, pumps, chillers, compressors, and power system as required.
  • Perform maintenance functions, including oil and all other fluids.
  • Work closely with production personnel on equipment repairs.
  • Set short term priorities in responding to breakdowns and emergency situations. Work overtime as required.
  • Fabricate machine parts as required and requisition repair parts as necessary.
  • Install and hook-up manufacturing equipment, exercising care as to the size of motors, voltage requirements, and balance circuits for proper power distribution.
  • Assist outside contractors on on-site projects.
  • Follow safety rules and procedures. Participate on Safety Team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Location: Aurora, IL


Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday 6:45AM-4:15PM

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have experience in maintenance/repair of Okuma Horizontal/vertical Mills, Mazak and Mori Seiki, DN solutions, Doosan, Mitsubishi, and turning centers
  • Ball screw replacement knowledge and troubleshoot
  • Knowledge and experience in equipment repair.
  • Ability to communicate in English/Spanish
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to determine priorities and work independently.
