Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with experience in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This role involves working with a variety of equipment including PLCs, VFDs, 3 Phase, 480 Volt systems, and performing lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on systems such as PLCs, VFDs, 3 Phase, and 480 Volt.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance, including work with hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion systems, and gas valves.
• Read and interpret blueprints, perform teardown and repair of machinery, and ensure proper lock-out/tag-out procedures are followed.
• Supervise a maintenance team working on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Perform maintenance on overhead cranes and conduct welding and cutting as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform complex machinery repair.
• Knowledge of lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in electrical systems including 3 Phase and 480 Volt.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in welding and cutting.
• Maintenance experience on overhead cranes.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing shop with a very tenured staff and a low turnover rate. The maintenance team works on a 4 on, 4 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night shifts. Employees have the opportunity to earn up to 100% of their base pay in production bonuses weekly, with an additional monthly bonus based on efficiency ratings. The team is on call when needed, and everyone in the maintenance team made over $100k last year.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $112000.00
