Cutting Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service within a Warehouse Environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

Cutting Supervisor Expectations:

• Cutting Equipment is running safely
• Provide off load/Cut Support
• Verifying Accuracy of Markers
• Inventory awareness
• Train all new employees
• Accurate fabric storage
• Ensure all stock cut parts are to required level
• Relates management organization of daily flow and storage of production related information

Cutting Supervisor Qualifications:

• Lead Experience in a warehouse setting
• Experience in Supervising a team of 10 plus
• Interpersonal Skills
• Coaching and Development Experience

Cutting Supervisor Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 Based off Experience

Cutting Supervisor Schedule/Shift:

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm - 1:00 am
