QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

My client is looking to fill a strong Quality Assurance Supervisor

• BS Degree preferred but not required (Biology)

• Facilitating the training for staff and management team in Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP, Sanitation, Allergens policies, and procedures.

• Investigation of customer complaints and documented responses.
• Maintenance of all HACCP plans.
• Verification of equipment accuracy and operation, as well as coordinated calibration of scales and thermometers.
• Monitoring of all incoming materials and outgoing goods to ensure quality for customers, maintain records for compliance. Conduct weekly chef tables to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Conducting vendor and internal audits as scheduled.
• Performing ingredients and finished product mock recalls.
• Conducting monthly microbiological food tests.
• Introduction and implementation of Food Safety Quality System, enhancing performance and compliance.
