Responsibilities:

• Take charge by developing and executing forward-thinking partnership strategies, connecting athletes with powerful brands!
• Actively seek and create sponsorship opportunities, driving an ongoing pipeline of new potential partners.
• Collaborate closely with athletes to understand their brand vision and identify the best opportunities for growth.
• Develop and pitch compelling partnership proposals tailored to the needs of athletes and brands alike.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring seamless execution and impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sports marketing, partnership development, or similar roles.
• A true self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and creating opportunities.
• Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and athlete representation.
• Exceptional communication skills with a passion for relationship-building and negotiation.
