We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and discreet Client Services Coordinator to join our team at our Sports Massage Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling for all clients, including athletes, professionals, and high-profile individuals.
Client Interaction: Greet clients upon arrival, answer phone calls and text messages, and provide outstanding customer service.
Cashiering: Process client payments, manage cash, and handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism when working with celebrity clients and professional athletes. Ensure their privacy and comfort is a top priority.
General Office Duties: Assist with daily operations, including managing emails, maintaining client records, and providing general support to the massage therapists.
Problem Solving: Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in customer service or a front desk role, ideally in a wellness, fitness, or healthcare setting
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
Professional, positive attitude with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Knowledge of basic office software and scheduling systems
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
