Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will supervise every facet of restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest service meeting or exceeding expectations, and ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed to satisfy the guests needs.This Restaurant General Manager will oversee controlling Profit & Loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. The Restaurant General Manager will work together with the District Manager to develop the restaurants annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs, in addition to operating the business following the companys policies and appropriate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant General Manager must have high-volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
• The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• The Restaurant General Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
