National Account Executive - Sports Sales
- Work with C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies
- Sell the biggest sporting events like the College Football, Championship, Ryder Cup, and NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament

International Sports Management (ISM) is the global leader in providing corporate sports hospitality and ticketing packages for events around the world. Our company headquarters office in Chicago is growing our sales division as demand for our events continues to grow! Therefore, we would like to add to our strong group of National Account Executives who are responsible for business development for our entire event calendar. Candidates should be strong communicators and able to start by early- January. The National Account Executive position will be responsible for new business generation with multi-million-dollar companies by selling packages to major sporting events. Our clients use ISM to host and entertain their top accounts, prospects, and incentivize their top performers. The position will teach you a full cycle sale with guidance from high energy managers who started in this exact role. This is an inside sales position where you would be calling on companies in many of the major U.S. cities. Once you have had initial success in the role, it begins to incorporate account management in addition to new business generation. Furthermore, there is growth potential for promotion into sales management within the first 12 months of your start date. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals wishing to gain experience and launch their careers in the business world.
What We Provide:
• Comprehensive initial training along with continuous mentoring
• Base salary + commission, uncapped
• Bonuses, both cash & prize (monthly, quarterly & annually) • Company medical/dental plans and 401K enrollment with a company match
• Paid vacation in your first year of eligibility and off all major holidays (there were over 4 weeks paid off in 2022 for all staff)
• First year earnings avg. range of $50K-$70K+ (base + commission), Year two $80K+
• Growth opportunities for management within the first 12 months
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred but not required)
• Dedicated, financially driven individuals with a strong work ethic
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Perseverance to tackle new concepts along an 8–12-month learning curve
• High motivation to succeed and grow into an expanded role
