Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, licensed PT Clinic Director to lead our outpatient ortho clinic in Lancaster, CA!

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Salary Range $105,000 to $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive up to 15% of Salary + Full Benefits. Individual salaries dependent experience and job related factors.

Position Summary:

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
  • Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
  • Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
  • Manage schedule and payroll
  • Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
  • Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
  • Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
  • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Sports/ortho experience
