Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for candidates to work in our production departments. We are seeking 2 pressers, 1 crater, and 1 picker/packer. These roles involve various production tasks to ensure the efficient assembly and packaging of our products.
Responsibilities- Crater: As a shop employee, you will be responsible for the assembly of crates for product shipment. You will assemble sides to pallets based on shipment size, cut custom wood sizes when needed with a wall saw, cut aluminum composite sheets for customer orders with a wall saw, ensure shipments are packaged properly, and assist other areas of production as needed.
- Presser: As a shop employee, you will work with your colleagues to assemble entire products or components. You will set each profile using brackets with adhesive and place in pressing machine, conduct quality inspections on products and parts prior and after assembly, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Picker/Packer: As a shop employee, you will work with your colleagues to assemble frames or components. You will clean, velcro and package aluminum profiles, order picking, prepare cardboard packages to ship via FedEx or other carriers, and palletize materials for shipping.
- High School Diploma or GED with math skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment: power tools, nail guns, drill presses, measuring devices
- Ability to handle physical workload (able to lift up to 50lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Operate scissor lift or sit-down forklift
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is climate controlled with a total of 18 employees in the warehouse. You will be using various hand tools and power tools. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for long periods. The warehouse operates in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duluth, Georgia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00
