Job Description:

We are is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events that promote our brand and services. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination and marketing support, perfect for someone eager to develop a career in event management. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to meet event objectives and deadlines.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials for events.
• Provide on-site support during events, including registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Gather feedback from attendees and team members post-event to improve future events.
• Maintain organized records of event activities, budgets, and inventory.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, event management, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in event coordination or customer service is beneficial but not required.
