Description
Responsible for facilitating internal contract review packages from quotes, packing lists, purchase orders, and document control. Performs daily data entries onto the pending report.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze documentation for compliance to contract requirements as required to provide for on time delivery of quality products
- Responsible for the conversion of customer requirements and the process of developing, amending and releasing all of the proper work instructions to ensure compliance to all customers, quality and acquiring activity specifications
- Provide liaison with customers and government representatives for product acceptance and issues as prescribed within all customer requirements
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Inspection of parts utilizing necessary tools and equipment in accordance with customer specifications, drawings, and internal procedures.
- Document inspection activities using the electronic systems, written logs, and labels.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Follow clean room and other environmental precautions and procedures as required.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Degree from a fully accredited college or university in a related field or at least three years applicable experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a related field, preferably electronics
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Job Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret Component Drawings, Purchase Orders, Packing Slips.
- Prior experience in administrative type of work that includes very detailed documentation and compliance
- Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Expandables MRP/ERP System)
