Documentation system is Cerner.- Must be willing to work every other weekend. Block scheduling is not available; scheduling must meet the department's needs.- No floating outside the department, but must be open to floating within all sections of the emergency department.- Must adhere to AIDET and demonstrate respectful behavior, ensure patient experience is prioritized, and keep patients informed throughout their visit.- Navy scrubs are the required uniform.- The department is recognized for teamwork and welcoming personalities, and it serves a multi-cultural community with over 120 languages in the surrounding area.
