About the Accounting Manager Role:
As an
Accounting Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
Managing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Collaborating with other departments to provide financial analysis and support
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Preferred Qualifications of the next Accounting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
5+ years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
