We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Population Health Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, public health, and healthcare systems. This role involves analyzing health data to identify trends, evaluate interventions, and support strategic decision-making aimed at improving population health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret health data from various sources to identify trends, disparities, and outcomes in population health. Assess the effectiveness of health programs and interventions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and policy development. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and participate in initiatives to enhance health outcomes and service delivery. Translate clinical team needs into analytic deliverables, including reports, dashboard requirements, and analytics models. Translate analytical insights into practical recommendations for clinical strategies, care delivery models, and workflows for leadership. Assist in the development and execution of clinical strategies that align with the organization's population health goals. Work closely with clinical leadership to identify patient- and population-level opportunities. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of population health programs, strategy, and initiatives while recommending improvements. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Ensure that clinical insights are accurately reflected in data analysis and that analytical outcomes are relevant to clinical needs. Qualifications Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a healthcare or public health setting. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to diverse audiences. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
